    Meet Erin Daniel

    Someone recently asked me: If you could only choose one word to describe you both personally and professionally what would it be? Authentic jumped to the forefront, and it had no real competitors.

    Almost two decades in real estate, focused exclusively in the Triangle, has provided me with the experience, market knowledge, and confidence I need in order to advise my clients and protect their investments. I have been so fortunate to have had a handful of incredible mentors who have helped me establish excellent systems and streamline processes to ensure my people, YOU, achieve their desired outcomes while minimizing stress.  I possess a passion for marketing and have an innate creativity which allows me to garner maximum attention for the homes I list--whether it's implementing a well-crafted pre-marketing plan, creating thoughtfully designed print and digital collateral, or putting together a cleverly structured media post.  And my ability to ask relevant, thoughtful questions, coupled with my knowledge about the area, trends, and resale, creates increased confidence for my buyers and sellers when it's time to make the big decisions. Yet, what sets me apart is the authenticity I bring to the table. It establishes trust which is the essential component of every successful relationship.

    Ninety-Five percent of my business comes from returning clients and referrals, and my business has been built on wanting people to be happy- happy with the service, with the results, with their experience, and with me!  I have a reputation among my clients and colleagues for being honest, hands on, very direct, knowledgeable, and almost always . . . funny is added to that list.
