About Erika
Erika Orbin is a luxury real estate agent who markets for results. In fact, she comes from a long line of pioneers in the housing industry. Her grandmother founded a prominent real estate firm in Houston, and her grandfather, noted developer, Hal Anderson, is responsible for Dallas’ iconic “Pink Wall” and the two high-rises behind it, the Athena Preston Tower and Mayflower Estate. His stroke of genius shaped the North Dallas residential footprint, and it’s in the same spirit that Erika’s interest in architecture and design were born.
“I’ve traveled the world, lived in Paris and Rome, studied Spanish, Italian, and managed high-profile ad campaigns, but my passion has always been in homes,” says Erika. “It’s so rewarding to come full circle and turn my strengths into a business that helps people buy and sell the Metroplex in a big way.” From her impeccable track record at leading Dallas agency Moroch Partners, to her decades-long reputation as a navy negotiators and respected Realtor, nobody works harder than Erika to achieve your real estate goals.
In 2007, she formed a strategic partnership with her mother – D Best Realtor and top producer Kim McAuliffe Price – to bring double the energy, enthusiasm and expertise to every details of your real estate transaction. Together they deliver custom tailored marketing plans to launch your home like a product on the world stage and offer complimentary design consulting to achieve the highest possible price for your home in record time. They connect clients to the community, mom’s groups, social outlets and schools and come up with creative solutions to make the entire process fun and enjoyable.
“Erika and Kim were amazing to work with,” say The Nowlins. “They were very patient with as we were very pick, and always told us not to settle to make sure we were buying the right house for us. They were never afraid to tell us if we should walk away from a deal and were extremely knowledgeable in the market and the neighborhood.” Their hands-on approach has garnered the mother-daughter duo a strong following, with several multi-generational deals spanning from first-time homebuyers, to empty nesters and growing families in the most prestigious neighborhoods in Dallas.
As a graduate of St. Rita’s, Ursuline Academy and The University of Texas, Erika is well-versed in Dallas neighborhoods and continues to strive for excellence as a graduated of the Metrotex Association Board of Realtors Leadership Program, and the esteemed T. Boone Pickens Leadership Academy offered through The Junior League of Dallas. As a Broker Associated of Compass, Erika – a licensed Broker – leverages the power a nationally recognized brand to help buyers and sellers navigate the competitive Dallas market.
Erika lives happily in the Hockaday neighborhood of Preston Hollow with her husband Nathan, a commercial industrial broker and Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, who shares her live in the business, and their two children Molly and Jackson. They are active members of St. Rita’s Catholic Church and School and The Creative School, where their children attend school. Formerly a member of the Junior League of Dallas, Erika enjoys giving back to the communities which she serves.
