"Erika is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with...and we've bought/sold more than a dozen houses in our lifetime. She listened so well to what we were looking for. Asked really smart questions that we wouldn't have even thought of. And managed a failed offer really well. Her negotiating was so good. We felt so well cared for throughout the entire process. We would definitely work with Erika again and highly recommend her to others!" - Dee

"Erika helped us buy a house during our relocation. We had a short time to accomplish this during our visit to Illinois (~4 days). She was very helpful in setting our account up ahead of time to get a view of what we were looking for and was always available to answer questions. She lined up many, many houses for us to review and pointed out items in the house (positive & negative) that we may not have initially seen. With her help, we were able to find a house and complete an agreeably priced offer that weekend. Could not have done it without her!" - Lori

"I would highly recommend Erika for the following reasons. First, she tries very hard to understand our needs and has knowledge ranging from the suburbs to the city that helped us decide. Second, she will fight hard negotiate for the price you want. Lastly, she has a great support team who is very knowledgeable and experienced. I plan to establish a long-term working relationship with Erika and her team."

"We were very happy to have Erika as our real estate agent and we got the house of our dream. She recommended us the lawyer and house inspector. The whole experience of buying a house went really smooth for us, with zero stress "
The best thing about a career in real estate is that you have the opportunity to make your client happy during two of the largest decisions in life; where to call home and where to invest. Erika understands these are very meaningful to each buyer, seller, developer, and investor and will dedicate 110% to make that time a positive and fun experience for each of her clients. She began her real estate career in 2003 with a top team in Chicago and immediately thrived in the resale, luxury and multifamily spaces. Since then, she has had the opportunity to work in the Chicago, Florida, Tennessee and now Colorado real estate markets. Through strategic agent partnerships in Chicago, she learned a service-first approach with importance on unmatched customer service, premier marketing, and the power of understanding and executing the needs and values of each customer. In Florida, she managed a top branch office in the Tampa/Clearwater area through the highs and lows of the real estate cycles in the 2000s.
Additionally, Erika has a portion of her career that was spent in medical sales where she passionately worked to prevent and reverse cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Clients have said over the years that she takes each negotiation for them as if she is discussing with a doctor how to effectively use a treatment. With that conviction, she will win the deal so that the client she is representing is beyond thankful to have her leading the buying or selling process.
Erika now focuses on luxury new development, helping families and individuals find a place to call home, showcasing some of the extraordinary architecture of Chicagoland's residential properties and selling mountain development projects.
She graduated from the University of Illinois, with a BS in Business Administration and Marketing. Her passion for real estate, business acumen, confident negotiation skills, and enthusiastic nature make Erika a great professional resource for marketing the homes of sellers and finding the perfect new home for buyers. During her free time, you will find her enjoying each phase of her children's lives, volunteering for her church, hiking, snow skiing, traveling, enjoying a Cubs game, football and baseball games or concert, playing the piano, socializing with friends, and meeting new people.
