About Eric
Eric brings over a decade of diverse experience in the real estate industry, having held key roles in property management, leasing, accounting, and asset management. Starting his career managing properties for family offices, he later joined Jamestown, where he honed his expertise in real estate accounting. Most recently, he served as an asset manager at both L&L Holding and Silverstein Properties, where he played integral roles in the oversight of iconic projects.

Eric has contributed to world-class developments, including 425 Park Avenue in Manhattan, Industry City—the nation’s largest private adaptive reuse project—, the U.S. Bank Tower in Los Angeles, a million square foot mixed use ground-up development in Miami, and the World Trade Center in New York. His experience spans billions of dollars in acquisition, development, and disposition of assets, with a primary focus on the New York market, but also extending to key markets across the country.

This extensive background provides Eric with a unique and valuable perspective in investment sales and leasing at Compass. His multi-faceted expertise allows him to navigate complex transactions and deliver exceptional results for his clients. Eric received his undergraduate business degree from Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business. He is a member of ULI and serves as a mentor through Fordham University's mentorship program. In addition, Eric holds certificates in Real Estate Finance from Baruch College and Real Estate Development from Fordham University.
