Eric B. Bernstein

Eric Bernstein has worked in the Real Estate industry for 15+ years. He is the 3rd generation of Bernstein Real Estate experts born and raised in the DMV area. As a D.C. native Eric knows the market extremely well, as he has been immersed in it his entire life.

He is currently licensed in Washington D.C. and Maryland, and his team, The Bernstein Group, has the ability to assist in buying and selling in Virginia and Florida as well. Eric is the Vice President of Bradbern Construction Company. Bradbern specializes in luxury builds, which is where Eric has learned a great deal about investing in real estate and the entire building process. 

Having this experience in the construction/development world separates Eric from other realtors as it provides him a vast knowledge about the homes his clients are buying, and about the homes he is selling for them. Whether it be the specific materials in the homes, or how the homes themselves have been constructed, his clients appreciate his expertise in the residential real estate/construction world.
