"I am moving to NYC and I worked with Emma to help me find an apartment. From the first call where we chatted about budget, must-haves, neighborhoods, and wish list items, Emma has been nothing short of exceptionally helpful and responsive. I was in town for work and wanted to get a feel for size and neighborhood before signing a lease and Emma was able to schedule 4 apartment tours for me. This was helpful, as I knew Emma was likely going to be helping me sign a lease (aka viewing the apartment for me and sending me info/videos) while I was not in the city itself. This helped me really trust Emma and it likely helped her get an understanding for what I liked. Emma ultimately ended up touring the apartment I signed a lease with on my behalf. Finding an apartment in NYC is TOUGH and competitive and due to Emma's urgency, responsiveness, and organization, I was able to sign the first apartment I applied for.
