"Emily was a pleasure to work with throughout that entire process of the purchase and sale of our Newton homes. We greatly appreciated Emily’s expertise of the Newton market. We couldn’t have achieved what we did in the short amount of time we had without her."

"Emily is a consummate professional and works tirelessly to ensure the fastest sale at the best price point. Our house was sold in days and above the asking price. I would not hesitate to work with her again and cannot recommend her highly enough"

Emily Sullivan is a top-producing agent with deep roots in Newton and Greater Boston. Raised in Waban and now living in Auburndale, Emily grew up surrounded by residential architecture and interior design thanks to her mother, Joan Sullivan—a top real estate agent for over 30 years. This early exposure shaped her passion for homes and ultimately led her into real estate.
After a successful career in political fundraising for the U.S. Senate, Emily returned to Massachusetts in 2018 to partner with her mother. In their first year together, they shattered Joan’s annual sales record by over 15%. When Joan retired, Emily continued building on that success—growing her business year after year and quickly establishing herself as one of the area’s top-producing agents.
In 2022, Emily was thrilled to join The Drucker Group, bringing her dynamic energy, strategic mindset, and loyal client base to help expand the team’s portfolio. She also leads all marketing for the team, including digital strategy and their fast-growing Instagram presence, @druckergroup.
Emily is known for her strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and market expertise. She empowers her clients with real-time analytics and tailored insights, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
When she’s not working, Emily can be found painting, skiing, gardening, or exploring local trails with her dog, Stevie. She’s a passionate New Englander who loves the Maine coast, Martha’s Vineyard, interior design, and cheering on the Patriots.
