Elysia's career began on the Wydler Brothers team back in 2004. Fresh off a move from Arizona to Maryland, she was fortunate to join Hans and Steve Wydler at the very start of their real estate careers. As their first agent, she was mentored by Hans, who not only taught her the ins and outs of being a Realtor but also instilled in her the principles of client service, strategic negotiation, and professional integrity.
After 14 incredible years with the Wydler Brothers team, she ventured out to form her own team at Compass, the Casaday Allison Group. Together with her former partner, they built one of the most successful teams in the DMV area, consistently ranking in the top 10 at Compass and holding the #4 spot among medium teams in Maryland, according to the Wall Street Journal. Although they had a successful journey together, they recognized that it was time to move on separately.
As Elysia considered what lies ahead, her first call was to Hans, who has been more than just a mentor—he’s been a true friend. After discussing various options, they both realized how exciting it would be to work together once again. Returning to Wydler Brothers feels like coming full circle, back to the place that shaped her into the Realtor and person she is today.
Her business thrives on referrals, reflecting the trust and relationships she has built with clients who often become friends. Elysia provides exceptional knowledge of neighborhoods across DC, Northern VA, and Montgomery County, MD, where she resides. Catering to a diverse clientele—ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned investors and those looking to downsize—Elysia delivers personalized experiences for optimal results. Her dynamic, motivated, and engaging approach allows her to quickly form connections and adeptly handle complex situations. Elysia combines high-tech tools with expert service to create a high-touch model for her business.
In her spare time, you might find her soaking up the sun at the beach or jet-setting to the beach, although, to Elysia, there is truly no place like home with her husband, two girls, and Australian Labradoodle. Elysia also loves exploring the local restaurant scene, sampling craft beers, going to see live music, and improving her community through her involvement with charitable organization A Wider Circle and her children's local schools.
