"Oh Elnaz from Shiva Group Compass… where do I begin? I was first introduced to Elnaz through a mutual friend. It was around the time after when my father had suddenly passed away. And I was skeptical of realtors. I had a bad taste in my mouth after another agent was extremely pushy with me just when I had told her about my father and how I wanted to look into the home buying process soon. My father had expressed to my older sister not too long before his passing that he wanted to help me purchase my first home in any way he could. My apartment lease was up soon and I knew I was ready for the next step in buying a home for myself and to fulfill my father’s wish. I put my skepticism aside and Elnaz and I first met for a buyer’s consultation. I first noticed Elnaz is an extremely genuine person… I could easily tell that she has your best interest as a buyer/seller at heart. She listened to the reason behind my home searching, what I am looking for, and what this entire process means to me. She respectfully listened and told me we can move at my pace and that we’ll find a beautiful home together. She laid out the steps on what we’d need to do get started. She also shared more about her family and I realized there was a lot of parallels between us. Sound cheesy, but I knew that night I had to work with Elnaz to purchase my first home. My home buying process was generally smooth. We looked at roughly 20 properties together. Elnaz was extremely punctual, flexible, and prompt. Professional all around. She answered every single question with honesty. She asked good questions and also kept me on track of my priorities. She dealt with the seller’s agent and everyone with utmost professionalism and respect—even when some wouldn’t do the same with her. On a cold January day, Elnaz physically cold knocked on multiple doors in the neighborhood to get find the best quote for a deck repair. And she did. And made friends while doing it! The amount of effort, love, and respect she has for her profession is absolutely unmatched. And it’s something I personally admire about Elnaz. She was really there for me throughout the entire process. Elnaz’s love and determination for finding her clients the best home possible… it’s something a blind man can see. I was able to close on a beautiful home with all of my requirements within the budget I had. I not only want to thank Elnaz for being a competent and driven realtor, but also for being a great friend and an individual. So thankful to be able to say that not only did I gain my first home, but also an amazing friend. "We recently moved from Chicago to Atlanta, not having any familiarity with the city. Another realtor referred us to both Elnaz and another realtor. Somehow we started with the other one, but he did not work out. As soon as we contacted Elnaz, we knew the experience would be different. We started out wanting to rent, she was more than happy to help. As time went on, we realized we would significantly increase the bang for our buck by purchasing. She pivoted to our new objective quickly and easily. She immediately identified our needs and where we would likely be most interested in looking. We had many questions about specific units, as we were not currently in Atlanta, we needed to ask questions to the listing agents before adding them to a list to see in person, as our time here was very limited. She was always incredibly responsive to our needs and quick to act, even at a moment’s notice. Once we contracted, Elnaz supported us by being present for our inspection. We pulled that contract and came down later that same week to do more showings, she lined up TEN more showings in the matter of a few days. Once we found a place (first and second), she was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. She did an amazing amount of due diligence to ensure our offer was fair and reasonable. She consulted with subject matter experts when we had specific concerns or questions. During the period from contract to close, she was always available to support with the listing agent or the lender.
