He was patient, thoughtful, and encouraging in our early exuberance (although, in hindsight, I'm sure all of the "oooooh what about THIS ONE?" emails were utterly exhausting, he always had a chipper reply and thoughtful provocation). He was warm, friendly and impartial as he walked us through over a dozen homes we'd picked to see across the area, and laughed with us as we gave them all silly nicknames. And even after closing, when we needed someone to come in for a few repairs, Elliot was our first call for recommendations!
