About Elizabeth V.
You might say that real estate is in her blood. The daughter of a carpenter, Elizabeth formed an interest in architecture and building craftsmanship at an early age growing up in Chicago.
When she and her family bought a multi-family home in Crown Heights, Brooklyn over a decade ago, she developed that interest by managing the renovation from the ground up — from designing the initial floor plan to selecting unique fixtures to supervising subcontractors. Today she manages the property and her tenants. As a result, she knows firsthand that her clients’ real estate needs are more than just transactions. They are about growing families, building businesses, and realizing dreams.
Whether you are buying or selling a home, Elizabeth will guide you through the nuances of each transaction. As a licensed attorney, she also understands real estate law and can avidly negotiate on your behalf. She has built long lasting relationships with developers, real estate attorneys, mortgage lenders, and other industry professionals to provide you with a competitive advantage to close the deal.
Elizabeth is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Columbia University and Lake Forest Academy. She is also a member of the New York State bar.
