He would always go out of his way to pick us up if we needed a ride or help me drive my wife around while I was at work since we only have one car. His communication skills are great. He would communicate with all parties and helped accelerate the processes with the sellers and the HOA. His knowledge about the market is unattainable. As we were undecided about what investment path we wanted to take we jumped frequently from single-family homes with extra living quarters to multifamilies.
