For Eliane, home is everything. When she purchased her home in Fort Greene/Navy Yard in 2009, she realized the full power of owning a home. It brought her stability, happiness, comfort and family. So helping others find and build their home was a natural career choice.

A team member of the renowned Berzak | Metcalf Team, Eliane brings her positive energy and can do attitude. As a people person; whether dealing with buyers or sellers, she understands what motivates people; she sees what they need and helps to knock down obstacles. Creating those perfect property matches and making sure her clients are satisfied is her top priority.

Thanks to her extensive experience in the fashion industry (her career for over a decade), and for the last few years: real estate, she knows how to identify her clients' needs and wants. Eliane has an acute eye for detail, a strong sense of time-line and affinity for aesthetics.

Eliane brings to the table a deep knowledge of the ever-evolving Brooklyn/Queens market. A native of Israel, she has lived in New York for 20 years, and has resided in both Queens and Brooklyn. What she adores about Brooklyn, her home of the last 15 years, is its rich diversity, culture, architecture and even its nature where you can find it! For her, it’s the most exciting city-jungle there is!

Eliane settled in the navy yard when few people were venturing there – she saw an opportunity and has seen her property double in value over a few years. She has strong connections to the community in Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Bed Stuy and Bushwick. She has watched these neighborhoods grow and change, and always has her eye on newly developing areas of the city.

She loves being outside whenever possible, you may even catch her playing soccer with her two boys or walking her 8 lbs Shitzu.
