Elaine Kauffmann

Elaine Kauffmann started as a Real Estate Investor.  Believes that success is built upon servicing, listening, and being hands-on with clients. Has an art background which has helped her as a publicist to sell ads in a Newspaper for 20 years. Now both have given her an advantage in real estate.  She has a special system to sell homes and does a costumed media plan per property. 

Specializes in the luxury market in Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Brickell, Key Biscayne, South Miami and Coconut Grove.  Also, works closely with investors to generate great returns and has experience in Partition Sales with Lawyers.

She was born in Puerto Rico. Has lived in Ecuador, Venezuela, and Mexico, which has given her a leverage in international experience, enhanced by being bilingual and multi-cultural ability.  Now, she has an International Network and has become an expert in finding foreign and national buyers for her Listings. Also, she has become an expert in New Construction all over Miami.
