I did the whole "find apartments you like on StreetEasy and deal with whatever broker you get" thing, and while checking out roughly 20 apartments I found I dealt with no less than 10 different brokers. Out of all of them, Einat was the only one who showed up on time (actually early) to our appointment, and was the nicest, most honest and straightforward. I never once felt rushed or pressured, and she answered all of my questions very candidly. I loved dealing with her, and she made the application and lease signing process so incredibly easy, even though the person I was signing the lease with was traveling the entire time. She was kind and helpful to both of us and went out of her way to make sure we felt reassured throughout the whole process. She even showed up on lease signing day with a gift bag with a bottle of champagne and some coupons for local businesses. What a nice touch. You can tell that she really cares about the people she''s representing and is really good at what she does. I found the perfect apartment, but god forbid if I ever have to move again, I''m going straight to Einat..” --AP

We''ve had many realtors and apartments in our 15 years in Brooklyn. Einat Bar was by far the most direct and personable experience we''ve had. She is responsive, effective and connected. She mentioned she owns in Brooklyn and has lived here for 18 years- super evident in her knowledge of NYC real estate and ever changing neighborhoods. She is also a delight to work with. She asked all the right questions to get to the heart of what we were looking for. She got us in to see places right when they came on the market. We were the second folks to see our place, She acted quickly put in our offer and we got the place! Einat bent over backwards for us! Thanks for helping us find our new home!!— Katie W.

My partner and I were moving in together for the first time, and both bracing ourselves for having to deal with brokers and the general pandemonium of searching for a New York apartment for a couple on a budget. BUT, to our shock, when we came across several apartments on the web and contacted Einat Bar, the experience was quick, easy, and actually really pleasant. We both kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, for some hidden fine print or other NYC realtor monstrousness to pop up, but it never did. I''ve never left a review before, but I felt I had to. Einat is the best. She was super genuine, legitimately caring, friendly, helpful, communicative, and zero bullshit. She really made us both feel like she was on our side and that she wanted to help us, not rob us. She listened to what we were looking for, what kinds of things were critical and important to us, and she never showed us anything that didn''t fit or try to up-ell us out of the price range we set with her (which is something every single other broker has tried to do, in my experience). She also had good relationships with the landlords we were dealing with and helped to negotiate the rent and terms, and she''s clearly well-connected and super knowledgeable about properties in Brooklyn & Queens. Yes, we had to pay a broker''s fee, but I suppose that''s in large part a reality of apartment-hunting in New York, and I''ve certainly never felt it was worth it before. Einat got us an apartment that''s incredible, affordable, and that we can see ourselves staying in for a long time. All in all it was worth it, and I can''t recommend Einat enough.”— Anu J, Ridgewood
