"I was making a cross country move that was taking place during the height of the pandemic, Compass was godsend. We had to contend with time zone differences, and although I was able to work seamlessly with their website selecting homes from afar - she worked with me to physically visit several when I came into town. But we ultimately ended up doing it all remotely using Facetime for the walkthroughs while she provided detailed descriptions of the area and what she was experiencing.
