About Ehab
Ehab is an NYC-based real estate broker specializing in investment sales and Commercial Leasing. Ehab has always been entrepreneurial, especially in knowing how to add innovative value to his clients, peers, and the people around him. Before becoming an agent and while being a student at Baruch Zicklin school of business, Ehab had opened his first coffee shop in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn. Although the coffee industry hasn't worked out for him, Ehab has found thriving passion and success in helping find people and businesses their place in the world. From giant retailers like Dollar General and KeyFood Supermarkets to film studios and law firms, Ehab has done it all.
In the past year alone, the Horne Team which Nathan Horne leads has done over $80M in transactions with a wide range of commercial asset types -- MF value-add, industrial, and residential opportunities such as brownstones or condos. As a listing broker, he finds unique marketing techniques to get the highest price for his sellers, which often involves hiring architects, designers, or rent-regulation attorneys, depending on the asset. As a buyer's representative, he sniffs out deals that make sense based on the client's parameters that others might have realized the best use for. On each side, his constant work and charismatic nature leave him not with more and more clients but with more friends.
Growing up on Long Island, NY, Ehab was on his high school wrestling team, ultimately leading him to be the top wrestler in Nassau county. He credits his father for enrolling him in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from a young age. In his spare time, you can probably find Ehab at a foodie joint eating tacos in the lower east side or camping in Upstate NY.
