About Edward Uriarte
Pasadena / San Marino area raised; Bilingual in Spanish graduated from San Marino High School in 1988 than attended Grossmont College in San Diego, after several years he pursued a real estate career. Edward married (6/1996) to Sylvia. During a small hiatus from the real estate industry Edward became a computer engineer during the tech boom of the late 90's were he assisted in the infrastructure and design of computer networks for some of Los Angeles largest companies.
With over 20 years of Real Estate experience including mortgage and financing of Real Estate Transactions of both Residential and Commercial, Edward provides a unique wealth of information in the industry to both Sellers and Buyers that are new and/or experienced. This knowledge of the industry and the understanding of current and recent market trends, valuations, inventories, technologies and available homes, that are all important pieces of information for both buyers and sellers.
Edward's success however, is his dedication to his clients, and being that he has been involved and viewed thousands of transactions in his career he excels at the negotiating table, navigating even the most challenging situations with precision and ease.
Edward's technology know how allows him in today's changing landscape were over 80% of real estate transaction start with a search on-line, and gadgets at hand he conducts real time MLS searches with clients, e-sign contracts all on the go, and procures deals for his buyers from social media feeds, and for clients abroad, Edward will shoot a video tour of a & immediately sends it to them through his YouTube Channel.

Busy schedule in hand Edward somehow finds the time to volunteer to coach his 6 nephew's and others in youth sports (Baseball, Basketball, and/or Football), which keeps him grounded as he enjoys giving back to youth.
