"While we all know how stressful and exhausting the process of buying a home can be, let alone your very first home, Ed made everything feel seamless and as stress free as possible. We have worked with realtors in the past and just have not felt as at home and protected throughout the process as we did with Ed and his team of professionals. You ca not replace the knowledge he has and the tactics he puts into play to strategically present your offer as best it can be. His go to loan agent was just as attentive and fast working as Ed was so the transition from offer to keys in hand and everything in between worked very fluidly which led to us not wanting to breakdown at every new document that needed our signature.
I would highly recommend Ed and his team to anyone entering the market or just looking for more investments in real estate to look no further than his desk, he has the intelligence and market knowledge needed to conduct business the way YOU want it done. I have heard horror stories of bad representation in the industry and am just so glad we did not experience the same when we joined forces with Ed to find and purchase our first home. Thank you to not only Ed but the team in its entirety for your tireless efforts in helping us achieve our dream." - Jeremy
"Ed is a fantastic and highly professional realtor.
We had been searching for a house for nearly a year when we decided to use Ed. In a real tough market for buyers, Ed worked his butt off to find us the perfect house.
He was proactive at letting us know about possibilities. Was incredibly responsive at showing us homes. Was quick to present offers. Everything you'd expect from a top professional.
But Ed was even more than that.
He wasn't just an agent, he was an advisor - walking us through each step of the process, us the tough questions that needed to be asked. Presenting us with options and recommendations.
It took us a couple of months but Ed helped us find the perfect house.
that we're moving in, Ed is still with us making sure everything is going smooth.
I highly recommend Ed for any residential real estate transaction in the area." - Lloyd
"I've had the pleasure to meet and work with one of the most professional real estate agents in the east bay. Ed is very diligent and thoughtful when considering a buyer's needs. From a lender perspective, I have the personal experience to see agents perform in front of their clients and behind the scenes. Working with Ed Massey, I can say, he doesn't change shades and is true and blue from beginning to end. Looking forward to working together again." - Kenny
"I found Ed to be extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole process of selling our home and buying a new one. I felt he did a fantastic job on both sides of the transaction, always having our best interests in mind. My wife and I were fairly ignorant on the whole process and Ed lead us through every single step, always making himself to answer any seemingly trivial question or hesitation we had. I highly recommend using him as your Broker." - Brian
"It has been an absolute pleasure to watch Ed Massey's career grow - his "people skills", knowledge about dealing with banks and REO departments, outgoing personaility and strong work ethic make him one of the best Realtors I know. Ed is a tireless worker and innovator who is not only capable of solving the challenges this market brings, but actually can help a client realize ways to capture great financial rewards in this market. If you are looking for an agent in the Bay Area, give Ed a call!" - Mike
