★★★★★
"Ed was recommended for his local knowledge and hardworking nature, and he did not disappoint! As first-time home buyers, we had a list of things that we wanted in a home but also knew that experienced recommendations would be helpful. His balanced advice . . . was great throughout the home buying process, from selecting the home to negotiating the offer and repairs, to helping line up contractors for renovations" - Andrew and Rachel

★★★★★
"Ed did an excellent job with all aspects of the sale. Negotiations were handled in a professional way. Since I was no longer in Chapel Hill, he took care of all details in the closing. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in selling or buying a home" - Linda

★★★★★
"Ed Billings has actually represented us on both the buy and sell side of the real estate equation. . . . [He] really knows his stuff, as a realtor, negotiator and local expert. He understands the nuances of each neighborhood and helped us make a great decision on a home. . . . Through it all, he managed our expectations and helped keep what can be a stressful situation calm" - Holly

"I just closed today on a great little house in a terrific location. Ed was great on all fronts, from initial showings before signing on with him, through inspection and closing, and then following up to put me in touch with resources for everything from painting to landscaping after the deal was done. The first offer I made on an earlier property had fallen through in a disappointing way, and instead of letting me moan and groan about it, Ed encouraged me to keep what he called karmic momentum... looking forward instead of back... and we ended up finding something even better and closer to town than I had hoped" - Jonathan

★★★★★
"Ed Billings is a star. Selling a house is serious business--emotional in so many ways, especially when you have lived in your house a long time. A sense of humor is a big help in negotiating the complex process. Ed was skilled at helping us keep a sense of humor. He understands both sides of the equation. We appreciated his knowledge of the community, his awareness of the buyer's goals and the seller's. We knew he was someone we could trust. He did not disappoint" - Joe
