About Dylan
Dylan Lamb, a Broker Associate at Compass Florida and Team Leader of the Lamb Residential Group, brings over a decade of experience in Residential Real Estate. As a former owner of a 30 agent brokerage for six years, his expertise is that of a seasoned veteran.
 
Together with his wife, Natalia Rodriguez Lamb, he co-founded the Lamb Residential Group, a close-knit team of real estate advisors committed to transparency, authenticity, and delivering optimal success for their clients.
