Dusty Brazil

Dusty Brazil is a well-known real estate agent with Compass, who has been living in North County San Diego for almost 40 years. He grew up in Poway and developed a passion for skateboarding, tennis, and surfing. Since he was 15 years old, Dusty has been surfing Solana Beach and is now a fanatic about living in North County San Diego.

Dusty attended Cal State San Marcos and earned a Bachelor's degree in Spanish in 1998. He went on to teach high school Spanish for three years before leaving teaching in 2003. Dusty joined a tech company in real estate, Homes.com, where he worked for six years. He acquired tech skills from working there and got his real estate license in 2006. Dusty decided to go full time in real estate in 2008 after consulting with realtors all over the country.

Dusty created his own websites targeting neighborhoods, competing with big sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, and Homes.com. He saw an opportunity to create something truly organic and grassroots by leveraging his tech skills. Dusty takes pride in providing online users with a hyper-local level approach to analyzing real estate markets in neighborhoods. He has a PAY IF FORWARD/GIVE TO GET philosophy, with his internet and video marketing. Dusty considers himself a paperless agent, 2.0 agent, and utilizes the best tools and tech to be more effective in gaining buyers and sellers from the internet. He has been successful in this for the past 17 years.

Dusty is a husband and a father of two awesome kids. He loves spending time with his family when the surf is flat. Dusty is outgoing, has a great personality, and knows the real estate business and the greater San Diego Real Estate market better than most. He considers himself an expert on the various places to live and lifestyles that sunny San Diego has to offer. His focus is North County San Diego and has extensive knowledge about neighborhoods, home values, school systems, things to do, local parks, etc.
