Douglas Clarke is a licensed real estate salesperson with Compass Real Estate. Douglas lives in Bovina, NY and services Delaware County and the Catskill Mountains region. Originally from Philadelphia, Douglas spent summers growing up in rural Ireland, which led to his affinity for the Catskills’ gentle mountains, green fields, lush forests, and small farming communities.

A place that started in 2013 as a weekend getaway from New York City became a full-time home in 2018, when Douglas transitioned from a career in healthcare to pursue his true passion for real estate. With a keen eye for details and a knack for restoring old houses, Douglas possesses the unique ability and know-how to guide you seamlessly through the process of buying or selling a property.

Douglas embraces the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that affords him the flexibility to spend a portion of the winter in México. With his partner, he recently completed a renovation project in the historic Centro of Mérida, on the Yucatán Peninsula. This diverse experience has enriched his perspective and deepened his understanding of different real estate markets.
