Douglas brings to Compass 13+ years of multifamily leasing, marketing and sales experience. Beginning his career as a licensed salesperson with Citi Habitats, then later moving into the New Development sphere with Gotham Organization successfully completing lease-ups of two 500+ unit assets. Douglas took this experience to the Chicago real estate market, where he was instrumental in the lease-ups of four new assets and managed the ongoing leasing of others while surpassing expected rental prices.
