About Donna

Born and raised in New Jersey. This City lady with a love for her country roots; relocated to Tennessee with her Family and Church in 2020. When I arrived in Tennessee, “I noticed the beautiful land, people, and housing growth. It was then I started focusing on obtaining my Tennessee Real Estate License.” 

 

Donna has 16-years’ experience in the Mortgage industry. As a new real estate agent. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist®(SRES®), she specializes in 55+ Communities, accessibility housing needs and 1st time- buyers. As a mother to a son with special needs she has a passion to help those with special needs (persons with disabilities and seniors) meet their real estate dreams. 

 

She has immense knowledge on how to incorporate Universal Design in the sale or purchase of a home. She takes special care to find homes that can incorporate Universal Design. One of her major goals is to work with developers to incorporate Universal Design accessible features in new builds. She is dedicated to helping everyone of all needs obtain their Real Estate dreams. 

 

Her love for God, Family and others is most important to her.
