About Donn
Donn Wonderling (License# BK3064286) is a Broker of Record for Compass Florida.  Prior to Compass he was the Broker of BEX Realty, a pre-Zillow real estate company, and early innovator of internet lead generation. As President of a local Realtor Association, Wonderling started a series of mergers that lead to the creation of the Broward, Palm Beaches, and St Lucie Realtor association in Southeast Florida.  He was also the Founding Chairman of the 50,000 member, BeachesMLS.  In his personal life Wonderling is a proud father of five children, all by marriage.  He is an avid, life-long reader.  In fact, early in his career in real estate he developed an affinity for Colombian literature.  This led to unexpected success working with Hispanic clientele despite the fact he speaks very little Spanish. (Still, he likes to try.)
