"My family and I worked with Don for our overseas relocation and he was absolutely amazing! During our emails and phone conversations when we lived overseas, Don was very flexible with his schedule to communicate with us at any time of day. When we finally moved to Colorado, he helped us pinpoint what neighborhoods we were looking for, what home necessities we wanted, and at the price range we were aiming for. He was always available to communicate, whether it may be through e-mail, phone call, or text. An overseas relocation is already stressful by itself, and even more so with the pandemic going on, but Don was able to be flexible and patient with everything, and we were able to purchase our dream home! My family and I are absolutely thankful and would absolutely recommend him!"

"Don was knowledgeable, personable and a skilled negotiator! This was my first time buying a house so a very daunting task to undertake. Don made it an amazing experience by assisting me every step of the way. He stayed within my budget, listened and adapted to my preferences and answered every question I had along the way. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a 5 star agent that will help to make your dream of home ownership a reality. He’s the best!!!"

"When it came time to downsize, I contacted Don to explore what I needed to do prepare my house for sale. He provided some great advice on how to prepare for selling my home taking into consideration the current market - I would have probably invested much more than I needed without the advice as it sold quickly without much more than cleaning and organizing.
Don was very accessible and accompanied me to every appointment with the sale and purchase of my home. He made the process as comfortable as buying and selling homes could be expected."

"Don is a phenomenal real estate agent, and I can’t say enough good about him! He is extremely knowledgeable, and he always thoroughly answered all of our questions (which were many as first time homebuyers). He was immensely patient not only with explaining things but also as we fluctuated on price range and location. Throughout our home search, he was always ready and willing to take us to dozens of homes to genuinely help guide our search and figure out what was best for us. Plus, he’s a super nice and personable guy which is always great! I would highly recommend Don as a real estate agent, and we will definitely be asking Don to help with our next property!" - Kristen

"Don was referred to me by a friend, and I would gladly do the same. He was incredibly supportive in helping me buy my first house. He showed me a lot of different options, was very considerate of what I wanted and what I didn't want, was respectful of my price range (ended up buying on the lower end of the range I was hoping for!), and most important, was incredibly responsive and always available whenever I had a question or wanted to go look at a house. Buying a first house is pretty intimidating, but Don made it easier than I expected it to be."
Even tempered but high energy, Don’s work ethic and commitment to his clients is impressive and unwavering. He’s always eager for a full day of showings with buyers and thrives on analyzing multiple offers with sellers. Don loves any scenario surrounding strategy, negotiation and analysis of homes.
Colorado real estate has been a family business for Don since 2003, but he also enjoyed a previous career as a marketing and sales professional with technology and publishing start-up companies. He enjoyed the fast-paced indoctrination into building brands, market positioning, advertising, pricing and distribution that he carried forth into his real estate business. Don loves being a self-employed business owner and is proud of the high standards and success he and Kelly have been able to sustain in a highly competitive industry.
Most people don’t know that Don served in the Army and is a proud veteran. He worked his way through college while stationed at the United States Military Academy at West Point. As an Army photojournalist, Don had the unique opportunity to meet honored military leaders, US Presidents and travel alongside sports teams to cover events such as the renowned Army Navy football game. The military instilled a profound work ethic and pride that is apparent in all of Don’s endeavors.
When he isn’t helping clients realize their real estate goals, Don nurtures his competitive spirit and love of all racquet sports playing tennis, ping pong and lately, pickleball. He also loves spending time exploring hikes along the front range and the vibrant music and restaurant scene around the Denver metro area. He loves being a dad to three grown sons and walking his beloved German Shepherd, Ozzie.
