She also brings first-hand knowledge of Westside building procedures and a network of competent and reliable subcontractors. Dominique is conversant in both Spanish and French, which facilitates effective communication between buyers, sellers, contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that all parties can successfully work together to create properties that meet client needs.
With more than 15 years experience in sales and marketing, Dominique is a practiced and zealous negotiator. She is adept at guiding clients through the entire process of a sale, from preparing properties for market, receiving and making offers, and to finally reaching a successful close.
As a longtime resident of the Westside, Dominique has a keen awareness of real estate values in the region. Dominique is proud to serve the community that she calls home. She has lived in Brentwood for many years, is a wife and mother of three, and attended UCLA. Dominique is active in her children's school, and volunteers in tennis and basketball programs. She also enjoys modern art, dance, and is a longtime supporter of cancer research.
