What drew me towards real estate could very well be what drew you in as well- It's an unmatched tool for building generational wealth and achieving financial freedom from the "9 to 5 grind". As of 2024, I have personally played a part in over 155 real estate transactions, totaling more than $5.5 million in volume. I have collaborated with Compass New Development on lease-up projects for several buildings, including 345 Baldwin (116 units) and 413 Summit (148 units). Additionally, I’ve been key in maintaining 100% occupancy and managing re-leasing efforts for properties such as 39 High Street (83 units) and 75 Jordan Ave (35 units).
