About Dolph
Dolph uses his deep analytical skills, strong negotiating skills, and patience to bring his clients an unparalleled real estate experience. His data-driven approach, paired with his love for Central Texas, make him an ideal partner for buyers and sellers at every state of their real estate journey.
Dolph has lived in Austin for the better part of the last thirty years, moving here in the eighties to attend the University of Texas, where he earned his degree in Geology from the Jackson School of Geological Sciences. He spent the first part of his career as a geologist, which gives him a unique perspective on the terrain of Austin real estate and the very different neighborhoods from the Hill County to the west to the plains to the east, and everywhere in between. He also uses his training in scientific analysis as an invaluable tool in determining not only market value for sellers and buyers, but also investment return for real estate investors.
Dolph considers himself his clients' advocate and does not take this responsibility lightly. He has mastered the delicate balance between fierce negotiating and subtle compromise to his buyers' and sellers' advantage throughout his real estate career.
In his spare time, Dolph enjoys spending time with his family and his Australian shepherds and catching as much Longhorn football as he can.
