Dina joins the Lowe Group after a successful 20+ years in NYC real estate, where she earned nearly every top honor at her firm. In addition to her work with buyers and sellers, Dina has served as the point person on several luxury new development projects, achieving over $1.2 billion in sales.
Dina’s business is almost exclusively referral based and her loyal clientele benefits from her enthusiasm, vast market knowledge, accurate pricing ability, exceptional marketing and negotiation skills and new construction experience. Her discretion, dedication, eye for detail, empathy and humor are what set her apart from other brokers. Dina believes in a full-service, 24/7 approach to her work, and happily offers guidance on everything from finding a mortgage broker to finding a dog walker.
Four years ago, Dina moved to Chicago from Manhattan after a visit with friends led to an instant love affair with the city. The vibrancy of the urban community coupled with the friendliness and values of the people who live here, made Dina decide that Chicago was the ideal place to raise her daughter. Dining in Logan Square, exploring Lincoln Park with her daughter and heading to Montrose Dog beach in the summer are just a few of the reasons that Dina is thrilled to call Chicago home. Aside from real estate, Dina has volunteered with Musicians on Call and is active in services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She currently lives in River North with her 10-year-old daughter Hannah and her two Boston Terrier mixes, Posey and Linda.
