About Dillon
Dillon Staples was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula. As a product of his parent's involvement in local real estate, and their subsequent passion for building and renovating homes, he was able to enjoy a childhood amongst most of the communities that comprise the Monterey Peninsula. He attended Carmel Schools and graduated from Carmel High School. After high school, Dillon ventured 'Out East' to attend Eastern University, a small school outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He played Lacrosse and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Economics in just 3 years.

Upon completion of his academic career, Dillon returned home to the Monterey Peninsula. Naturally, his interest in Real Estate led him to pursue a real estate license. He partnered with the Staples Gannaway Group at Compass, a well-established, top-producing team on the Monterey Peninsula. Since joining the team, he has been able to sell over $60m, while being named Monterey County's Best New Realtor and founding the group 'Under 30' at Compass comprised of the top brokers under 30 years old.

Dillon is known for his attention to detail, attentiveness, and customer service. He also brings a wealth of knowledge of the Monterey Peninsula. He understands that the real estate market, and each transaction can feel intimidating, so it is his number one priority to make sure the clientele is well-informed and comfortable each step of the way. With the understanding that each client has different needs, and each transaction is unique, Dillon will always strive to adjust accordingly in order to deliver excellent results.

Client Testimonials:

"I was a real estate broker for over 50 years. In that time I had over 35 agents under my supervision, and I would have traded 25 of them for one Dillon."

-D. Leclerc

"Let me tell you about Dillon Staples. My husband and I met him when we walked into a home he was showing. His open and eager personality drew us in and days after we met him we knew he was the right fit for us. We had a friend kinda helping us but with the market as insane as it was, we needed someone ready when we were, someone who made us feel special and important. Dillon did all of that and more. We knew he had other clients but when he was with us, he was in the moment. He was very responsive, taking us to see homes at a moments notice, encouraging us to share our ideas so he could assist us better, all the while being super cool and friendly. Now we have our dream home and it is largely in part to Dillon's hard work and commitment. We will def encourage all of our family and friends to use him and we hope you all do too. Great work Dillon!"

-R. Concentine

"We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience that we had with Dillon. This was our first time selling our home, we loved our home so much, we really wanted it to go to someone who could love it as much as we did.

We had no doubt that Dillon was going to help us get the best deal but beyond that, we saw how passionate he is in his field. He truly went above and beyond to help us prepare for our showing. We are so grateful to Dillon, having him as our realtor  for us, meant so much more than selling our home. For us, it meant giving us the opportunity to buy our dream home in our new location. Working with Dillon was a dream come true."
