"Whenever I asked a question, she got right on it and found the answers. Dianne was extremely patient. I had been looking for a house for about 5 years and wanted it in the Cape area. I wanted a house with a beautiful view or a view of any kind of water, big windows, mostly open floor plan, at least 2000 sq. ft. and ambience, not some run of the mill cape cod house.
