Dianne responded immediately to our first e-mail contact and followed this up with several phone calls, to fully understand and refine our requirements . After 3 months, we then travelled to Florida to meet with her and to view 18 properties over a 2 week period, zeroing in on a clear favourite. She made an offer on our behalf, we received one counter-offer and then moved to contract after just 4 days.
