About Diana
Diana Coldren is an invaluable resource when it comes to Boston real estate, and a passionate partner for her clients whether they are buying, selling or renting. She serves the entirety of the Boston market, and has particular knowledge of Beacon Hill where she’s lived and been actively involved for over two decades.
Diana has not only helped a wide range of clients find wonderful homes in the Boston area; she’s assisted with numerous house renovations and projects as well. She’s additionally renovated three historic gems of her own, so brings a rare perspective. This led her to build a vast network of reliable contractors, painters, plumbers, electricians and others – all the key people needed to prepare a property for sale, and maintain a historic home.
Complementing her real estate expertise is Diana’s background in the financial services industry working for a mutual fund company. Her insights on the finances of condo budget management further set her apart, having handled treasury responsibilities for shared expenses, set budgets and advocated for improvements in her condo.
Diana’s business approach is founded on developing lasting relationships with clients based upon commitment and trust. She is highly reliable, dependable and detailed, and gives great time and research to evaluating any listing/project she takes on. Best of all is her stellar service and empathy for her clients’ needs. “Purchasing or selling a home requires clear and transparent communication. This can be an emotional time, so I aim to make the process as streamlined and enlightening as possible.”
Originally from Philadelphia, Diana is a graduate of Bucknell University and is pursuing a Masters in Design in Historic Preservation at the Boston Architectural College, which makes her uniquely qualified to understand the inherent value of owning a historic home. They have two children, raised in the neighborhood. In free time, Diana enjoys traveling, time with family and friends, and volunteering to enhance quality of life for all in her community.
