Derek’s roots run deep around Lake Minnetonka as he grew up on Crystal Bay, but he doesn’t shy away from the city as he lived in Kenwood for many years. Derek has also managed two premier marine businesses on the lake for the past 12 years and continues to grow and excel in his career journey.
