Dennis Wong is a tech-enabled sales leader with over 15 years of experience in client management and employee experience.
As a member of the New York Tri-State sales leadership team, Dennis coaches Compass agents through a unique blend of support in sales, marketing, technology, and operations. He partners with top producing agents and teams to develop and implement strategies, achieving aspirational revenue and efficiency goals through the use of the Compass tools and services. Most importantly, Dennis strives to foster a culture of positivity, and inclusivity through the lens of the Compass' entrepreneurship principals.
Leveraging sales and service experience at a number of top brands (Apple, Samsung, Trader Joe's, Omnicom), as well as a number of technology startups, Dennis approaches his role balancing technical acumen with an understanding of client and industry specific needs.
Outside of Compass, Dennis lives on the North Shore of Long Island and enjoys spending time with family, the beach, making music, and day trips to the city.
