About Dennis
Born and raised in Torrance, California, I am a real estate industry veteran serving the South Bay cities of Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Torrance, Palos Verdes Peninsula, Hawthorne, Gardena, Lawndale, and El Segundo. 

Shortly after receiving my MBA degree from California State University at Long Beach, I began my real estate career.  With over three decades of experience as a top-ranked agent, I have the answer to any real estate question.  I am well known in the real estate community and have assisted nearly 1,000 families accomplish their real estate goals.

My focus includes sellers, young buyers, experienced investors, developers and relocating families.  I have experience with all types of properties from starter homes to luxury estates.

My wife, Kathy and I have two sons, Jacob and Tyler.  We are involved with our kid's activities, sports, boy scouts and school functions.  I also enjoy reading, planning family vacations, taking ceramics classes, planting an annual vegetable garden and I humbly consider myself quite the grill master.
