Denise Paulson efficiently helped me rent my first apartment when i moved to San Francisco in 2004. She is an "action" broker. She makes things happen quickly and smoothly and in whatever manner is most favorable to the client. A year later i bought a condo with Denise Brokering, and way beyond brokering. (The tenants renting from the owner from whom i bought were angling to stay on past there lease and force an eviction. Denise made sure this did not happen) I still live in the condo and have done very well by the investment. At one point a few years ago i considered renting it out in order to go travelling for a year or two, Denise was very proficient at quickly getting it photographed, advertised and shown to a large number of prospective tenants before i changed my mind and took it off the rental market.
