About Denise
Denise is an integral part of one of New York's most accomplished real estate teams. along with her twin sister, Debra. Her success in the business is driven by her philosophical devotion to customer satisfaction, a tenet that has been ingrained in her since childhood. Denise started her education in real estate early on by accompanying her father, a successful builder and developer in Rhode Island, on visits to his various properties and projects, always paying close attention to every aspect of the enterprise from the initial walk-through to the final sale.
Denise earned a B.S./B.A. in Business Administration/Finance and a law degree from Boston University, and for nearly ten years she specialized in corporate and regulatory work for health care institutions and practitioners. Denise’s acute communication skills were developed through her daily interaction with families and physicians, which became a valuable skill for relaying hyper-technical information to lay persons. The transactional nature of her practice required Denise to become a skilled negotiator. Acting as a trusted advisor in both the business and the personal side of health care, she continues to translate these skills into her real estate practice.
Prior to entering the profession, Denise’s skills and acumen were further honed through her avocation of acquiring, renovating and selling real estate as an investment in Manhattan. Now living in Brooklyn with her husband who is also a twin, Denise relishes time spent exploring both boroughs or with family and friends, reading, the hunt for mid century modern art and antiques, relaxing on Shelter Island and travel beyond.
With all that said, mostly she cherishes the gift of a career that allows her not only to create lasting relationships, but the satisfaction of navigating customers and clients through the stresses of the purchase or sale of a home, from entry level to penthouse level or townhouse, from Manhattan to Brooklyn. Her robust referral base is a tribute to just such accomplishments.
