About Denise
A Central Texas native, Denise brings decades of real estate experience to her clients in the Austin area. Born in San Marcos and raised in San Antonio, Denise briefly left home to begin her real estate career in California serving clients in San Diego, Los Angeles, and even Phoenix, Arizona. She has experience in nearly all aspects of real estate, including residential sales, leasing, home renovations, negotiation, and business development. Her diverse skill set led to her position as a director of sales, marketing, and operations.

As a licensed realtor and supervisor in Texas since 2007, Denise has a long list of accomplishments including selling out Austin 360 Condominiums as the fastest selling building in Austin, Texas - boasting 430 units and hundreds of millions in sales. Her ongoing sales records have put her in the Central Texas spotlight with recognitions such as: Platinum Top 50 Nominee and Award Winner four consecutive years, Top Downtown Austin Agent three consecutive years, Million Dollar Award Achiever multiple years, Top Agent Award Winner multiple years, and Austin Business Journal Nominee multiple years.

In 2018, Denise joined Prospect Real Estate and collaborated with a local developer to lead their sales development department. Under her leadership, Denise successfully built multiple teams and managed the sales of several new developments in Austin, Texas, including Natiivo Austin, HOM, AXIOM East, Cascade Condominiums, Parkside at Mueller, and Vesper ATX. She has effectively guided her teams to project closeouts and takes pride in motivating each team member to perform at their highest potential. Denise partnered with Compass in 2024 to leverage the best technology available, ensuring her clients have a seamless home buying and selling experience

Denise is a natural leader and strives to ā€œinspire by exampleā€. Denise prides herself in communication and has a servant's heart. She is likable, honest and enthusiastic. Since moving to the Austin area, she has continued to help her clients achieve their real estate goals and form relationships that last beyond closing. Her motivation is fueled by the happiness she sees in her clients when they achieve their real estate goals. Deniseā€™s strong communication skills, hardworking personality, and wealth of resources keep her clients coming back and referring her to their friends and family.

Denise is an active member of the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR), the National Board of Realtors (NAR). She also holds several certifications including CNE (certified negotiation expert) and CLMS (certified luxury market specialist).

Outside of real estate, Denise keeps busy as the co-owner of CrossFit 737, which she runs with her husband. Since opening their doors in November 2013, they have managed their CrossFit Family gym with pride, fostering a strong sense of community. While her husband serves as the face of the gym, Denise handles backend operations and maintains her community connection by coaching multiple times a week and frequently celebrating their members. A devoted wife and mother of three daughters, Denise also adores her dogs, Frankie, Max, and Zeus. In her free time, she enjoys caring for her chickens and goats, working on their property, or whipping up healthy yet delicious meals for family and friends in the kitchen. Passionate about health and fitness, Denise loves exploring new coffee shops and restaurants throughout Austin. Her undeniable passion for people shines through in all her endeavors
