"We were looking to rent a house in Houston, moving from Austin and had a realtor before we met Dena. The other realtor tried for 3 months to get us a rental and we found nothing. At the last minute we decided to buy, that’s when we met Dena.
We were on an extreme time crunch and she went out of her way working long days, nights and weekends, while catering to us living in another city. We had a couple of ups and downs, due only to the market, but we told Dena exactly what we wanted and where we wanted it. She definitely delivered. She helped us find everything we wanted and more.
She was very helpful throughout the entire process. She helped find inspectors, negotiated through all of the issues with the house we were buying and was extremely responsive.
All I can say is, if you need a house Dena is going to be your best option. It was a pleasure working with her and we will definitely use her again if we decide to move and I will recommend her to everyone!

Dena graduated from Bellaire High School and earned a degree in communications from the University of Houston. A proud native Houstonian, she is active in the social and volunteer scene, is extremely personable, and has, according to her growing network of loyal clients, "never met a stranger." She volunteers for the PR and media team of the Houston Livestock and Rodeo Wine Events Committee and for the Houston General Go Texan Committee.
