About Debbie
Debbie is a part of the Andy Bovender Team, a founding team in Charlotte NC, Charleston SC, Wilmington NC, Columbia SC, and the Outer Banks NC. Debbie began her real estate career after relocating to Charlotte from Florida and experiencing the challenges a family move can bring. Her passion to help others and her incredible work ethic are one of a kind.

Debbie is originally from Danville, Indiana, and attended Taylor University in Upland, Indiana. She and her family relocated to Charlotte in 1997 and moved to Baxter Village in Fort Mill, SC, in 2005.  Debbie has two sons who both attended the Charlotte and Fort Mill school systems.  In 2018, she purchased a home in Oak Island, NC just south of Wilmington.  Since then, Debbie has called both Wilmington and Charlotte home, becoming a real estate expert in both markets!  

Debbie is a cluster representative and voting member on the Baxter Village Neighborhood Association. Her passion and dedication have helped establish her as a top producer within the team, company, and  community.
