"Debi is absolutely wonderful and you want her in your corner. We were looking to sell our CO-OP and buy our house for months. We started the process looking for the house first then had a pit in our stomachs about the fears of a new house mortgage and being stuck with a coop mortgage. We looked at agents that recently sold at Ridgewood Gardens and Debi was the seller with the highest purchase price and had sold several units in the past. Debi got great pictures and got us some premium promoted web ads. After one open house we had multiple offers, all over asking price.
