"We have used Debbie for the sell of one home and the purchase of 2 homes. We purchased our first home through Debbie almost 8 years ago and didn't think twice about who we would use when we were ready to sell and buy again. "Debbie was brought into a difficult inheritance situation by the 3 parties attorneys. The property was going to fit in a ninch for a special client. We wanted this property to be sold as quickly as possible and Debbie had to communicate with 3 sellers and 2 attorneys which she did in a very prompt manner. This was an extremely difficult experience in which the parties involved did not always agree and even had a delay in closing due to a disagreement but Debbie was patient and I believe was able to gain some additional knowledge regarding wills, direct inheritance and estate procedures. "I have sold two houses with Debbie. House # 1: I had attempted to sell with a different realtor around 2005. The other realtor basically guessed at an asking price. Well, it was over-priced and never sold. A few years later, I worked with Debbie and immediately noticed a difference. Debbie had done her research. She had all the data necessary to price the home properly and get it sold quickly. I think it sold in less than 90 days. House # 2: Debbie again showed up with all the data to make an accurate selling price. This home was very small, in uptown, and had few similar comps. She worked through the information and came up with a price. Within 90 days the house was sold. It sold at a price I was happy with. Debbie took care of all the little things that can be annoying when selling a house. She knows what she is doing and works hard. I would highly recommend her."
