"It was a pleasure working with Debbie, and she was able to get me the house that I wanted for a great price.
When we first met to set up my search parameters, Debbie used a large map in her office to show me the different parts of town and surrounding areas. Her knowledge of the dominant traffic patterns and planned road expansion projects was extremely useful to home in on a few neighborhoods.
During our first tour of a house Debbie pointed out potential issues with houses that were built in this area such as pressed wood siding and butylene water pipes. She also explained the process for buying a house in NC which I was not accustomed to.
