Ambitious and accomplished real estate broker with 20 years of sales experience in the luxury resort market of North Lake Tahoe, CA.

Debbie grew up as a competitive athlete and outdoor enthusiast in Utah. After college she made the easy decision to move to Tahoe lured by its bluebird days, deep powder, year-round recreation and world-class lake. Her passion for sports performance and mountain living were an ideal fit for the global lifestyle brand Oakley as the Northern California/Northern Nevada sales representative. In 2002, Debbie was awarded Rookie of the Year Top Sales Performance for North America.

In 2004 Debbie’s focus turned to commercial real estate specializing in resort destination markets. She enjoyed 12 years as the Commercial Broker for two of Lake Tahoe’s most prestigious ski resorts, Northstar California & Palisades Tahoe. Her curation of the optimal resort village tenant mixand creation of dynamic experiences and events showcasing the mountain lifestyle resulted collectively in over $38+MM in annual village gross sales.

Debbie’s deep understanding of the local market and strength in creating memorable experiences exemplifying the best of the Tahoe lifestyle made residential real estate a natural transition. Debbie is currently the Managing Broker for The Palisades at Squaw Valley, a 63-home new construction development showcasing mountain modern homes in Olympic Valley. To date, her results include 96% of inventory sold and $90MM+ in residential sales at a record-breaking price PSF and pace of under 20 months.

Debbie’s choice to live, build a business and raise a family in North Lake Tahoe over the past 20 years has been incredibly fulfilling. When not at work you will find her with her husband and two daughters boating, riding bikes, skiing/snowboarding, surfing, camping, traveling and enjoying the magic of life in Tahoe. Debbie is a devoted 1% for the Planet member and 10-year executive producer and board member of the Shane McConkey Foundation where she has helped to raise over $600,000 for her local Tahoe community.
