Debbie is delighted to have her son, Jakob Cobian, join Cobian & Co. Compass Lake Geneva! Jakob has been licensed since 2020 and is a valuable addition to our team! In 2022, Cobian & Company became a team of seven agents with the addition of LuAnn Smith, Marcy Hammett, Janet Giovannetti, and Gareth Cole. This expansion has allowed the team to provide even more comprehensive services to their clients.

Specializing in resort, lakefront, and residential homes, but also experienced in commercial sales. Debbie sold Oakfire Restaurant in 2014 and invites you to check out the brick oven pizzas with fresh ingredients and a view of Geneva Lake.

Before entering the real estate industry, Debbie worked in public service in Walworth County, gaining extensive knowledge of the community and its offerings. She is passionate about living in the Walworth County area and raising her two sons in this amazing community. One of her sons graduated from UW Whitewater after graduating from Badger High School, and her other son is a Pro Motocross racer, giving her unique insights into recreational properties in the area.
