Deb Levin is a dedicated real estate professional with a passion for helping clients buy or sell their most prized possession - their home. Deb has worked with a wide range of clients including first time home buyers, new construction builders, empty nesters and everything in between. She has a keen eye for seeing the renovation potential in every property whether you are preparing to sell or looking to buy.
Her decorated real estate career rests on an exceptional foundation of deal-making in the Boston area. For over 20 years, Deb ranked as a top agent in the town of Wellesley and the surrounding Western Boston suburbs. Her local expertise and market knowledge in the area set her apart during her time there, and she still has deep connections to friends and brokers outside of Boston.
Now a full time resident of Martha’s Vineyard, where she and her husband, Steve, just recently completed a brand new home on Edgartown Great Pond, she is ready to offer her exemplary service level to buyers and sellers on the island. While the Vineyard has not always been her home base, Deb and her family spent many blissful summers with family and friends in Edgartown, and developed a deep connection with all parts of the island. And, in shopping for and building her new home, she has become intricately familiar with local zoning and conservation bylaws, as well as local agents, architects, builders, and more.
As a member of the MV team, she is excited to help her clients find, or sell, that treasured spot on the island. The MV Team joined Compass in 2019 and established the brand on Martha’s Vineyard. Led by longtime island brokers Peyton Wallace and Bill Rossi, the team is synonymous with real estate in all areas of Martha’s Vineyard, and is well known among agents and brokers in top feeder markets across the country.
Beyond her professional achievements, Deb (and Steve) have raised two boys, Josh and Zach (who now live in New York City), and she cherishes every moment spent with her family. In her free time, Deb enjoys golf, Pilates, invigorating Peloton rides, and time on the beach. With a warm and personable approach, Deb ensures that every client feels valued and understood throughout the real estate process.
