We ended up having our offer accepted even though we were not the highest bidders. We know that if we’d had a different agent or tried to tackle this on our own, we would not be in the we are in today. Marc managed to negotiate hard after the inspection was done and all major points of contention were taken care of by the seller and listing agent. Marc is extremely professional, dependable, attentive, patient, and overall a pleasure to work with. He is the complete package in an agent.
